To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the cancellation.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of shipping other than the cheapest standard shipping that we offer). For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will commissions be charged for this return.

Return Policy

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal (see above), we provide consumers with a lifetime voluntary money-back guarantee. The term is a lifetime from the date of sale.

To make use of the lifetime money-back guarantee, you must inform Game Card Shop of your decision to terminate this Agreement by a clear statement in writing (eg, letter, email). We will require a statement of reasons for claiming the money-back guarantee.
