Lieferung von Microsoft Office 2019 Plus kam sofort mit guter Beschreibung für Download und Registrierung. Der Kundendienst antwortete nach Meldung eines Problems bei der Registrierung unmittelbar mit einem Hinweis und bot Unterstützung bei Registrierung an – falls gewünscht. War allerdings nicht nötig, da Hinweis auf – zugegeben nervige – Möglichkeit einer telefonischen Registrierung sofort erfolgreich war. Vielen Dank.
