Conditions for faulty products
In the event of a defective product, Game Card Shop will repair or replace the item concerned free of charge, at its discretion, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The buyer must inform the seller In writing default without delay.
- The defect must result from design, material, or manufacturing fault from the manufacturer or the seller.
- Faulty products to be repaired or replaced must be returned to the seller on request.
- If the products were manufactured by a third-party supplier and delivered to the seller, any warranty granted to the seller shall be transferred to the buyer.
