Game Card Shop We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchased products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
After this 30-day period, we offer a Lifetime replacement guarantee for all defective products.
Legal guarantee
The period of legal warranty under German law is 1 year from the date of purchase, for defects due to design, material or manufacturing errors.
Conditions for defective products
In the event of faulty products, Game Card Shop will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item free of charge, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The customer must inform the seller in writing by the fault without delay.
- The defect must be due to design, material, or manufacturing errors from the manufacturer or seller.
- Faulty products to be repaired or replaced must be returned to the seller Upon request.
- If the products were manufactured by a third-party supplier and delivered to the seller, any guarantees granted to the seller shall be transferred to the customer.
- The seller reserves the right, at their discretion, to reimburse the price of defective products if it has already been paid for.
